1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are acting on behalf of a property owner,
landlord, or company, you represent that you have authority to enter into agreements on their behalf.
2. Services Provided
WildlifeControlCT provides professional wildlife removal, trapping, exclusion, damage repair,
and related services throughout Connecticut.
- Service availability may vary based on location, season, weather, and legal restrictions.
- All work is performed in compliance with applicable Connecticut and federal wildlife laws.
- Wildlife behavior is unpredictable; complete elimination or permanent prevention cannot be guaranteed.
3. Estimates and Scope of Work
Estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.
Additional damage or entry points discovered during service may require a revised estimate or change order.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes access to
attics, crawlspaces, basements, garages, roofs, and exterior areas when necessary.
- Secure pets prior to service.
- Disclose hazards such as mold, asbestos, or unsafe wiring.
- Obtain HOA or landlord approval if required.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice. Deposits may be required before scheduling.
Full payment is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur fees where permitted by law.
- Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and permit fees.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may
result in a service fee, especially if technicians have been dispatched.
7. Limited Warranty
Warranty coverage for exclusion or repair work will be provided in writing on your invoice.
Warranty does not cover:
- New damage caused by storms or structural deterioration
- Entry points not previously identified
- Different species infestations
- Conditions beyond our control
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildlifeControlCT shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for
the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of
WildlifeControlCT and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy and Communications
By submitting a form, calling, or emailing us, you consent to being contacted regarding service.
We handle customer information responsibly and use it solely for business purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Connecticut.
